Statement: |
Our group consists only of women, although it was not meant as a programme. It may somehow show our female power. We manage to cooperate and we are fond of it. We are painters; once in the past we met each other in the same studio of figurative painting – except of one. We have learnt a lot from our professor, Mr. Jiří Načeradský, one of leading personalities in Czech painting. We do not have any special programme, yet our art has some common signs. We are showing the richness of human possibilities and a spontaneous joy from creation. We love nature, colours, and simplicity. We do not make “social” art. We are all expressive and individualistic. We take visual arts easy without any drama. And of course… we are friends. |
